Empowering communities towards a sustainable future
We may well be running out of oil and coal, and nobody wants a nuclear reactor or its waste in their backyard, but our abundant sunshine and winds will be around for a fair while yet.
Small and large scale renewable energy generation is a common sense, environmentally responsible, safe, affordable, solution for Australians' energy needs.
Ausenergy's aims are to
- Give people access to affordable renewable energy solutions
- Provide people with the knowledge of how to best manage their energy use
- Organise and facilitate emission free energy projects, delivering ongoing benefits to their participants
- Help regional areas meet long term sustainability goals
- Organise local training courses, and actively seeks the co operation of the region's industry and tradespeople for all installation work.
Our goal is to enable regions to boost their renewable energy output, whilst training local trades people and equipping them with the skills and technological framework to grow and maintain their local industry.
Profits are funnelled into ongoing research and development.
Information contained on the site is free to use for educational purposes, and we welcome collaboration in the hope that our projects will be replicated and improved upon elsewhere.
